Our 
injection, transfer and compression presses extend to a maximum platen size of 3,900mm x 1,750mm. This allows us to offer you full flexibility, enabling the production of intricate volume components and seal mouldings through to complex large precision rubber gaskets.
For even larger rubber mouldings we have developed mould joining processes that allow two mouldings to be seamlessly spliced together.
Our production planning, material ordering and closed loop feedback systems are linked by our personalised IT system, allowing Customer Service to constantly monitor the progress of orders. This leads to field leading turnaround times for your orders.
By monitoring stocks and product in real time between our plants in the U.K., India and Romania we are able to regularly update you on progress of your order.
