Leading UK seal and gasket manufacturer TRP Sealing Systems has announced a major investment of more than €500,000 in a next-generation automated injection press.

The investment strengthens its capability to deliver high-volume, high-precision components for demanding automotive applications.

The new system brings together fully automated moulding, robotic handling, and real-time process monitoring.

It enables TRP Sealing Systems to accelerate production while maintaining consistently high quality.

The investment marks a significant expansion of its Industry 4.0 strategy and in meeting customer demand for advanced sealing solutions.

Driven by Industry 4.0 technologies, the automated injection press uses robotic systems to feed, mould, and transfer parts seamlessly.

Quality assurance is also strengthened through integrated visual inspection systems, which monitor each part for dimensional accuracy and cosmetic integrity.
