Last week, TRP China proudly celebrated a major milestone — 10 years since opening our doors in Guangde. What began as a bold step for a medium sized company has grown into a thriving organisation shaped by dedication, resilience, and strong partnerships.

The anniversary dinner brought together colleagues from China and the UK, longstanding partners, representatives from government, and friends of the business — including many who have been part of TRP China’s journey since day one. Their presence was a powerful reminder that business is always a shared endeavour.

Over the past decade, TRP China has transformed from a small pioneering team into a diverse, high performing organisation serving a growing portfolio of customers. We’ve navigated market shifts, expanded our capabilities, strengthened our governance, and consistently raised our standards. One constant has guided us throughout: a commitment to customer centred thinking and continual improvement.

The evening was also an opportunity to recognise the many individuals and partners who helped shape the company’s success. From our early team members — whose belief and perseverance built the foundation we rely on today — to the colleagues who joined in later years and accelerated our progress with fresh ideas and new skills. Special appreciation was extended to our UK colleagues, global suppliers, longstanding equipment partners, and the Guangde government for their ongoing support.

Above all, the event underscored the essence of TRP China: a community of people united by purpose, integrity, and a willingness to learn and grow together. As we look to the next decade, this community remains our greatest strength.
