Compression moulding
We specialise in compression moulding and compression transfer, and are supported by one of the industry’s most comprehensive and versatile suites of moulding presses.
The process uses heat and pressure to precisely shape materials, ensuring outstanding accuracy and durability, and minimising material waste.
Our extra-large compression presses are able to producing components of a unique size and scale, with gaskets measuring up to 3.9m by 1.75m.
With low tooling costs, our compression moulding is perfect for functional prototyping, low to mid-volume production, and for custom composite parts that are a challenge for other moulding techniques.
